Representative Derek Schmidt — are you more than just a paycheck?
American workers need you.
I'm a Kansas constituent in your district. Army Combat Engineer, 12 years Missouri National Guard. I sent your office the Workers Right To Know Act — a bill that would have saved my federal ADA claim against The Hershey Company from being dismissed over a 300-day filing deadline no one ever told me about. The bill requires employers to post federal filing deadlines on the same board as minimum wage, OSHA, and FMLA. That's it. That's the fix.
Twenty-one days of silence tells me everything I need to know about whether the workers in your district matter to you — unless you prove otherwise.
The record is at HersheysHurtMe.com. The bill is at https://www.workerrighttoknow.org/. Your name is now on the public Submitted To log, dated May 1, 2026, status: NO RESPONSE.
Representative Derek Schmidt, are you here to draw a paycheck, or to represent the people who pay it?

It's this easy. A small poster in the labor law area. Super cheap and informative.
